We take cater o consider our clients' specific wishes regarding the disposition of their assets and intended beneficiaries. We also incorporate into all our estate planning appropriate Powers of Attorney, Living wills and Medical Directive documents to address the specific individual concerns of each client. Representing clients in probate litigation includes individual fiduciaries, heirs and family members in contested matters in Connecticut Probate and Superior Courts. We have represented our clients as fiduciaries, in actions involving claims against a fiduciary, breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary removal and replacement and guardian and conservator appointments.
